Arvind Kejariwal has to return to Tihar Jail

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will today return to Tihar jail as his interim bail in a corruption case linked to the Delhi liquor policy ends. Mr Kejriwal had been granted interim bail by the Supreme Court to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections, but the court had asked him to surrender a day after the last leg of polling.

BJP defamation case: Bengaluru court orders Rahul Gandhi to personally appear on June 7 "without fail"

During the hearing today, Gandhi's counsel requested exemption from personal appearance citing participation in an INDIA alliance meeting. The Court allowed the exemption for today but directed him to appear on June 7.
