The Supreme Court Collegium on Wednesday recommended the names of three Advocates for appointment as judges in the Delhi High Court.
The Collegium, comprising Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice BR Gavai, passed a resolution in this regard today.
It said after having consultation with Acting Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, Justice Manmohan, the Collegium found Advocate Ajay Digpaul, Advocate Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar, and Advocate Shwetasree Majumder.
Their inter se seniority be fixed as per the existing practice, added the resolution.
