Central government appoints new ASGs for Supreme Court

The appointment of six Senior Advocates as Additional Solicitors General (ASGs) to represent it before the Supreme Court was notified by the Central Government

The six Senior Advocates who have been appointed by the Supreme Court are

1.Archana Pathak Dave

2. S Dwarakanath;

3.Satya Darshi Sanjay

4.Brijender Chahar

5. Rajkumar Bhaskar Thakare

6. Raghavendra P Shankar

It is however pertinent to note that one of the senior advocates from the list named Satya Darshi Sanjay has worked before Patna High Court as ASG.

The Union Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions has notified the appointments.

The will be for a period of three years or until further orders.
